Unlike most other accommodation establishments of the same standard we DO NOT charge extra for weekends or public holidays. We prefer to keep our rates modest and affordable.

Included in your tariff is a continental breakfast for the first two mornings of your stay, consisting of 2 choices of cereal, fruit packs, bread, butter, jam, honey and milk - and don’t forget, chocolates, biscuits and a decanter of port are also included in the price.

• Minimum stay is 2 nights
• Rates quoted are for the number of nights for 2 adults.
• Arrival Time: After 2:00pm unless by prior arrangement

• We require $150 as a confirmation deposit to secure your booking. Balance is to be paid on arrival.
• 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, and subject to reletting, the total booking amount is forfeited.
• As we are a private and one bedroom apartment we cater for adults only.
• As per Australian Regulations we are unable to accommodate pets.
• We have a no smoking policy inside the apartment.
• We reserve the right to seek compensation to cover the costs of theft and damage other than fair wear and tear.
• No extra guests, other than those booked in, are allowed to sleep on the premises.
• We reserve the right to evict guests who act unreasonably by making excessive noise. No compensation or refund will be given.
